Beautiful land scapes, castles, & cities. A very rich and interesting history also. Our tour group was exceptional, we traveled with the nicest people and our tour guide LAURA was exceptional! It's hard to say what was my favorite part of the trip. We had a wonderful time. Colette leaves nothing unfinished. They take care of everything . Very few decisions need to be made aside from determining what you feel like eating at night!

The Blue Lagoon was a highlight. And Seeing all that lava everywhere. But what I liked most was our tour directors historic facts and stories about everyplace we went. The only complaint I had was we didn’t see the northern lights. But, that’s the weathers fault, not the tours.

I wish there were some later starts in the day , but there was a lot of driving. Our driver, Martin was outstanding. We feltlije Arna and Matty really liked us Hotel Delholery was okay , but we saw the Northern Lights there. The food was fair. It was like the same thing three nights in a row

would have liked to have more time at the museum and blue lagoon, felt like we were rushed because of other things planned. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and may go back

Our guide Peter Wilson set out to ensure everyone felt welcome and noticed. He enjoys the journey as much as us visitors. We all had the opportunity to introduce ourselves and along the way, Peter worked at keeping us informed entertained and educated without making anyone feel ignored or unimportant. We saw many out of the way spots around the countryside and even had a game of skittles. We enjoyed his company as well as the travellers in our group. Definitely worth doing!

We chose the "Enchanting Eastern England" tour for 3 reasons: 1. Previous excellent experience with Blue/Blue-Roads tours; 2. We love traveling with Aussies, New Zeelanders, Canadians; 3. This particular tour went to areas where we had not been; 4. The timeframe worked well with our lives. We were not disappointed! We had 13 travelers in a 16 passanger van with an superior guide (Jessica) and an amazing driver (Lee). We did indeed see the "back roads," which gives a unique perspective on the country. We were thrilled with the full itinerary and the housing and food choices were a real bonus. The only challenge was that we were in the British Isles for three week and we throught the one "roll aboard" + backpack per person would be too limiting. It wasn't. It was very freeing and caused us to get creative. We worked with a black pallet and colors that looked good in layers. Being late in the season, we had one wool layer and warm washable under garments. "Tide stick" keep clothes clean and hand-washing was an option with two nights in each hotel. Thank you, Blue-Roads.
