This tour was a great mix of mainland Greece and the Islands. Lots of history and the visits to the ancient sites were all conducted by really knowledgeable guides. Accommodation was first class and the Insight guide, Lisa was amazing.

Loved the trip to Eastern Europe what made the trip very enjoyable was having Rhi Smith she was the best tour guide I have ever had/ I have traveled extensively

Everything was seamless! It was a well- balanced trip encompassing high octane and leisure to make this less hectic! The land tour was pulsating so we could absorb the highlights and the Islands gave us enough time to chill, shop, and scout out at our pace! We still did see quite a bit! Our Travel Director Lisa, was stellar! She accommodated everyone with her diligence! She was the icing on the cake with her wit and efficiency! Just one downside not too many meals were included on the Island portion, but it also gave us flexibility to do as we desired! TTC brand rocks!

This tour is a nice mix of the history on the mainland of Greece and the fun and beauty of the islands of Santorini and Mykonos. The pace with stays of two or three days is also nice and allows for a bit more free time.

This was a good itinerary. We got to see a lot and had a good glimpse of the areas covered. Rhi was very informed of the areas and accommodating to my food allergy. One thing that was challenging: there were some mornings we left earlier than I would have expected. I understand leaving early for busy sites like the Parthenon. I am talking about leaving at 7:30/7:45 when a restaurant at a hotel opens at 7:00 AM. Sometimes we were leaving quite early with a day of driving just so we could make extra stops (which were perhaps not on the itinerary?) This made for an even busier day and needless anxiousness by the traveler. To be blunt, many people need time from eating breakfast and drinking coffee for their bowels to get moving. This is about an hour for many people. Leaving earlier just created anxiousness since we were afraid we would have to use bathroom on the coach - not ideal.

It is a wonderful experience to visit the cradle of democracy in the western world. Greece provides an opportunity to understand how a great culture and democracy supported by great philosophers and thinkers established the society 2500 year ago. The islands provides another facet of Greece full with natural beauty and history.
