We ride into the highlands where the hills are blanketed by rows of coffee plants and the proud communities tending to them, continuing a legacy that spans over 150 years. We spend two nights in the heart of the region and take a day off the bikes to go hiking in the dreamy Cocora Valley, home to the world’s tallest palm trees. We ring out the adventure by cycling back into the Cauca Valley and tackling a final Andean ascent with beautiful views.
