Safarihub is an ethical tour company and we place the utmost importance on ensuring that our staff—especially our guides—are well paid and looked after. We also take pride in our safari vehicle fleet, which is young (less than 3 years old) and well maintained; consequently, breakdowns and other mechanical complications while you are on safari will be rare.
Importantly, Safarihub is one of the only local tour companies in Tanzania to offer ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) and ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licence) protection to its clients. Accordingly, we abide by the ABTA Code of Conduct, which governs areas such as accurate advertising, fair terms of trading, changes to bookings, and managing customer complaints. This means that you can expect high standards from us. Our ABTA membership and ATOL license guarantee you financial protection in the event of a company failure.
