for Rome, Florence, and Venice with the Highlights of Tuscany
"Cannot speak for the Guide or facilities as we had an issue the day of arrival and the group of 7 could not make it. We wrote to them as soon as the issue surfaced at the airport. However no Cust Svc exists over the weekend although tour starts over weekend as such we did not hear back until the following Monday at which time they said it was too late to cancel any part of it - even the 5 remaining days or give some consideration for discount or credit towards a future dated tour even during non-peak season. Except for the travel specialist all other France bookings including flights were considerate and allowed us a 6 month to 1 year credit with some penalty so we did not lose all our money in the wake of an unfortunate situation. I found that very appalling as this was not my experience with similar companies like EF tours (US based booked Peru) or Arctic Adventures (Canada based booked Iceland)."
