Trip made far more enjoyable by expertise and friendliness of our tour leader Salah. As well as historical knowledge - Petra, Jeresh etc - it was his local knowledge that made trip stand out for me. I loved his bedouin outlook at desert camp and the way he helped me when I was terrified on the camel trip I chose to go on. I loved the extra bits I did esp Petra by night and boat trip at Aqaba. Was the trip of a lifetime for me and I loved every minute of it, apart from the camel. Hotels friendly and food good. Driver careful and respectful. I was glad I chose the upgraded version as it took the worry away from me and I could just sit back and enjoy everything.

Jordan is a fantastic location. Strongly recommended for the variety of cultural and historical visits, the fabulous scenery and the range of interesting and unique activities. The Roman town of Jerash was the highlight, closely followed by Petra. Our local guide, Saleh, was so very knowledgeable and friendly. We felt completely safe. We covered so much in our week. A wonderful itinerary seeing much of what Jordan has to offer…Roman ruins, Petra, the Dead Sea. Many fantastic experiences…snorkelling in Red Sea, camping in desert and seeing the stars, camel ride, walking up to the monastery in Petra. The food was fabulous, an unexpected highlight. Very highly recommended.

A great tour, something amazing every day. The tour is full on, early starts and not a lot of free time, but you get to see the best of Jordan in a short time. Excellent tour leader. Lunch, evening meals, and regular stops when travelling did push up the overall cost of the holiday, single meals including a soft drink worked out around £20.
