Jordan Tours in Fall

This Jordan adventure was the perfect blend of history, adventure, and natural beauty. We cycled through stunning landscapes, from the rose-red canyons of Petra, where ancient wonders appear around every corner, to the vast, cinematic desert of Wadi Rum, under a sky full of stars. Along the way, we enjoyed gems like Aqaba, with its warm Red Sea waters and vibrant coral reefs, and the Dead Sea Resort, where floating in the salt-rich water was the ultimate reset after days of exploration. The trip was thoughtfully designed, combining active adventure with cultural immersion.

Jordan is an incredible country filled with breathtaking landscapes, delicious food, and welcoming people. There is no better way to get to know a country than by talking to its people. Our group was privileged to have Amer with us. Amer is a skilled storyteller and a encyclopedia of knowledge. He encouraged us to ask questions and didn’t shy away from providing honest answers. Beyond his historical knowledge, Amer has a deep love for his country. He is proud to be Jordanian and that passion radiates in every conversation and in every place we visited. I count myself very fortunate to have experienced Jordan through Amer’s eyes. I am a seasoned traveler and Jordan is one of my top three favourite trips ever. I encourage anyone who has thought about visiting Jordan to book the trip now. You won't regret it.

An excellent and very full on trip (nov 25). Temperature was high teens / low twenties which allowed lots to be done... not sure the itinerary (especially exploring the Petra site) would have been as doable or as enjoyable in high summer.

Amazing Adventure. Wadi Rum and Petra were incredible. The leader Saleh was very knowledgeable and paid attention to each of the group. He was very patient and helpful. Great sense of humour which brought the group closer. The itinary was great so it’s the two camps we stayed. I would absolutely recommend the trip!

We had a great experience on this tour. Great group, brilliant itinerary and excellent guide Abdullah. We feel that we have seen the best of Jordan and benefitted from Abdullah’s insight. Having two full days in Petra meant that we could explore this immense site and reach some parts a bit more off the beaten track. Wadi Rum was another highlight. There are some long drives and the bus could have been a bit more spacious but that is a minor observation. We had a lot of fun along the way. Highly recommend this trip.

I had a brilliant holiday to Jordan with Explore. From the moment we arrived there was a representative to greet and take us through passport and visa procedures and to our taxi to the hotel. Check in was quick and efficient and information available for the start of the next day. We met our tour leader Abdallah who set out the itinerary and the minibus was ready to take us on our first excursion. Everything was very well organised and what made this holiday memorable was the variety of optional activities we could choose from as well as the information and political context provided by our knowledgeable tour leader. The minibus journeys were safe and comfortable thanks to our two drivers. I would definitely recommend Jordan Discovery and Explore.
