“I called the 800 number well before the trip to ascertain whether we would have enough time after the bus tour around NYC also to see a play on Broadway. We were given misinformation: specifically, we were told that we would not return to the hotel until approximately 4:30 PM which was too late in our view. Actually, we returned shortly after lunch and there would have been plenty of time. If we had had accurate information, we could have bought theater tickets for Sunday night instead of Monday night, and we would have had a wider choice of plays to consider.
In Boston, we were disappointed that the Boston bus tour, which we assumed was included in the overall tour for which we paid a lot of money, was actually combined with an optional pay tour of Harvard. We chose not to tour Harvard at an extra expense and thus were precluded from the guided bus tour by Trafalgar of the Boston sights. That was problematic for us.”
