This was a very busy action packed tour, but we saw so many awesome sites. This is well worth the trip.
Our Tour Manager was excellent. I enjoyed everything we did.
Everything was marvelous about the trip itself. The accommodations were nice as you walked in the door. Breakfast was very acceptable except the food could not be kept warm. The hotel room when we arrived had ***** matter on the external toilet, where you sit. I had a heating pad on my bed, one day, which was not on. Instead of gently, placing the heating pad on the other bed while making my bed made decided that the bed should not be made. Two other days I had brought my own pillow one that could accommodate cervical weakness. But the bed was not made for the same reason. In general, the room was not very well kept and in general, it made the hotel stay not pleasurable for that reason and the breakfast food not being warm enough to eat.
I thought Rapid City South Dakota was a perfect hub for this tour. It’s a beautiful city very clean very friendly. Great restaurants enjoyed the entertainment especially Thursday night. The Hotel experience was fine nothing exceptional, but everything was fine. The tour guide was absolutely the best that I’ve had thinking back to three other experiences I’ve had on tours. The bus driver was great always on time always friendly always willing to help on and off the bus. All of the day trips that were included were new to me and very interesting and well worth booking with Collette tours to cross that slice of life off of my bucket list.
We had the BEST tour director. He kept us busy, but not overwhelmed, for this beautiful tour
