Oz Intro

Got the 10 day trip to Australia and my words it was the best holiday I ever got. The communication was clear and if I had a problem like with finding the transfer bus to the hostel INTRO directly helped me and was available 24/7. First I start with the hostels. The hostels were better than expected. In Byron Bay, Gold Coast and Brisbane we even got a private bathroom and toilet. All locations were near or in the city centre and were clean. The hostels had bars and clubs near them were you could get discount and free drinks if you stayed at the hostels with was super nice. On top of that the hostels organized activities every day and the reception even had a pool table. My group leader was Erin and she was very nice. She knows a lot of Australia and helped me with everything. She was very active and joined us when going out. Probs to her for making the trip even better. My group was amazing! Everybody was so nice and we had a lot of good talks and a good time. The transfers to the hostels where perfect. The bus drivers were very helpful and nice. I would like to thank the Sydney airport taxi, he stayed friendly although it was late in the evening. The bus rides were decent enough for me. I would surely go on travel with INTRO another time!

16 november 2024 i did a 10 day Oz east travel tour with intro travel. It th first time i travelled with this Company. Honestly i did not expect much but when th trip started when th group team leader ( Keira ) arrived and started th info on th tour for th 10 and 28 days everything started comming to it place. Keira did her very best to Bring us all together, orgenized games , shared her Knowlage of th country,etc .. really appreciated it! In th 10 day package of th trip we mostly stayed in hostels . I don;t mind hostels , for me im a social person , got along with everyone very quickly. Made friends for life aswell! Besides that intro travels orgenizes good travel plans , th one thing intro did perfectly was hiring a shuttle from th airport to th hostel ! Loved this service!!! I never travelled outside europe , was even kinda scared to get lost but this idea of intro made me feel secure . Th leader Keira gave th same secure vibe and somewhere near my end of th trip i kinda got to meet Paula for 2 days , she was also amazing like Keira was ! I can safely say that intro chooses there group leaders very Well and not everyone can do this job unless they are smart , social ,.... In my opinion intro travel has fair prices , Good travel packages and is very Well orgenized ! During my trip i even booked my next open booked trip to Thailand because a fallow travel mate recommanded it and Keira aswell . And i booked another 2 open date booking with intro during there 20th bday ! Im happy with th discount and Being able to pay my travels on my own terms slowly and surely . Overall intro is awesome! Im very Fortunate to have discovered this Company, made life long friends AND made priceless memory ! Cheers intro and thank you so so much ! ¸

Cant recommend Intro enough, I did the 10 day Sydney to Brisbane tour and so glad I did! Most of the group were solo travelers and Faye our group leader was incredible, she was super friendly, organised and answered any questions we had. ’•

Finished the 10 day tour from Sydney to Brisbane. Had an amazing time, it was a great beginning of my year in Oz. Our tour guide Faye was amazing and wouldnt of been the same without her ¸¸

My friend and I did the 10 day Sydney to Brisbane tour and lovvvvved it! It was an all girls group led by the best tour guide leader Ive ever met, FAYE she made us feel welcome immediately, Id love to do a tour with her again, she was super friendly, well informed about the tour, made everyone feel comfortable and included, and made the trip so much fun even when we were dying from the Australian heat. The places we went were beautiful and really enjoyed the activities we did, especially the ones we did all together. I personally loved trying out surfing, and the sunrise walk to the lighthouse in Byron bay! Super memorable trip with lovely people¸ highly recommend this tour especially with Faye, shes my fave!!!
