day 1Sofia

Prepare for an intriguing adventure through the ‘powder keg of Europe’ over eleven days and seven countries. Upon arrival in Sofia, you will be transferred to your hotel by a Ciconia representative at the airport. At 19:00, join the welcome meeting at the hotel lobby with your fellow travellers and Tour Director. Greet the delicious Balkan cuisine starting with a Bulgarian twist at a group dinner. Always allow some room for the myriad of tasty desserts available.
