This trip was a lot of fun! I recommend doing both parts, Scandinavia and Baltics. The free time ad ons had something for everyone and a lot of unique experiences. the included meals in Baltics were incredible, Scandinavia not so much. Most of the hotels were also very nice and comfortable.
