“80% good-got what I was after- Niagra hotel poor no heat no hot water- couple of included tours ( Ottawa museum- animal park) were poor- overall a positive experience.”

“John s personality was wonderful though I thought he could of put a bit more effort for example. He did things on the bus like payments , the gifts were given on bus. The previous tour Ben did everything at hotel one on one and gifts were presented at dinner which made the scene. Not only that it didn't seem very professional to me and didn't make the atmosphere.
The driver for this tour also was very nice but I didn't like his driving. When we were travelling long distance on a straight road he was constantly drifting the lane and would pull back into the lane. We were constantly swaying. When we got off bus I was feeling the motion on land like you would from ship to shore. And heard other people in group commenting the same feeling. I mentioned this to John but he didn't comment to me at all. I wasn't to happy.”

“Everything was GREAT from City to City lovely Sites and Optional Extras were also good if you didn't want free time. Hotels were very clean and beds very comfy and Food was Great couldn't fault the Trafalgar Team.”
