My wife and I recently completed the Czechia UNESCO Tour (7 Sites in 6 Days) on on September 26, 2025, and we were absolutely thrilled with our guide, Michal. He was the definitive highlight of our journey. Michal possesses deep, genuine expertise on every site, from the spectacular Prague Castle complex to the beautiful medieval streets of Cesky Krumlov, and the Moravian jewels like Telč and Třebíč. His knowledge of history and architecture was truly impressive, but what set him apart was his warm, engaging personality and commitment to making our small group experience perfect. Beyond his guiding prowess, Michal is a truly talented individual—a singer in the local cappella band Skety. This personal passion added such a wonderful, human dimension to the tour. This is an absolutely incredible tour -- our guide Jason was both very informative and very helpful. He explained the history of the Arenal volcano to us, we took a short hike a small part of the way up the mountain, and then went back down to look at wildlife in the rainforest. We saw spider monkeys, which Jason said are a pretty rare sight, and then a red curacao just walked out onto the trail in front of us! It was an incredible feeling to just be seeing all these animals spontaneously on a nature hike. Speaking of hikes, it is important to be aware that this tour is somewhat physically demanding. There are no extreme parts, just some strenuous walking over very uneven ground, but I think the tour description could do a better job of emphasizing the challenge. At the same time, the tour is extremely convenient in terms of picking you up and dropping you off at your desired location, whether a hotel, hot springs, or somewhere else. Overall, I strongly recommend the Arenal Volcano trip to anyone who is into volcanoes and wildlife and plans to visit the Arenal area.

Our tour of Montalcino and tasting of Brunello was informational, fun, and delicious. Our guide, Giuliana, took my overall enjoyment and knowledge of wine to another level, all in beautifully accented English. She was welcoming and knowledgeable and read the room well, giving attention to those with questions and leaving others alone. She had an easy friendliness with us and with the owners and staff of at the vineyards. A sober driver who capably tackled the stony hills and cliffs of Montalcino, she took us to vineyards all over the mountain, so that we could compare characteristics in the wine based on where the grapes were grown, given the amount of sun and breeze and altitude. When I couldn’t pick out the smoothness or the minerality in my flight, didn’t understand what I was looking for, she helped me identify those as I sipped. She took us to vineyards that ranged in size, so we could witness the different processes, and meet the owners at the smaller vineyards. At the smallest, a family farm, young owner prepared our lunch, each course chosen to highlight the effect of different foods with different wines. I had heard that pairing food with wine was important, but I was stunned by how noticeably food impacted the taste in the range of young and mature Brunellos and could easily tell which kind of food was best with which wine. On the way home, Giuliana shared insider-info of the best of Siena. The next night, back in our rented apartment, we paired the robust Brunello we purchased on the tour with a creamy burrata from the grocery store—prepared per Giuliana’s recommendation—and were blown away at how our bottle tasted even better than when we had it on the tour.

I had an incredible experience touring Agra thanks to Malik! From the moment I arrived, he made everything seamless—he met me right outside my train cart with a sign, which was such a relief in a busy station. He navigated me through the city with ease, and his kindness and honesty stood out throughout the day. We visited the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, and his knowledge of the history behind both was impressive. He answered every one of my (many) questions with patience and detail. What truly stood out was how much he cared about the sharing the history. If you’re visiting Agra, I can’t recommend him enough. This tour was the highlight of my trip to India!

The first hotel in Munnar was extremely Spartan and had nothing at all of western cuisine. It was of dubious sanitation and yet we relocated to a magnificent hotel within walking distance! Of the five residences, they ranged in our view from one star, a two star, a three star and two four stars. If the tour operator can fix this shortcoming then the joys of Kerala can be fully appreciated.

My guide Raju was spectacular. He really knew how to get things done in the tea houses. The logistics are all taken care for you, no worries. I made some really good friends along the route that ended up staying in the same place multiple nights and had a lot of great conversation. The views of the hike were great and I think this is a great selection over EBC and Annapurna.

This trip was booked before the Covid pandemic therefore it was postponed indefinitely and I must say both Bookmundi and the local travel expert done an excellent job keeping us informed , eventually when the tour could go ahead we got the same response both quick and efficient with accurate information, overall I was impressed with bookmundi.

This trip was simply amazing. Our first time trekking in Nagarkot, more than exceeded our expectations. The tour guide, Dipak, suggested some beautiful spots and routes all the way up. Watching the sun rise over Mt. Everest from the Nagarkot view-point was simply amazing. Thank you Dipak for showing us some wonderful views of Katmandu and Nagarkot.
