Too much too fast We needed more time in several spots, less in others. TA did not advice about the hectic pace. Madrud and Barcelona were extremely confusing with the changes in buses, groups, guides, etc.

The tour was excellent Our tour guides in Morroco, Sevilla and Portugal met all of our expectations particularly Hamid from Marruecos along with our Conductor. The only recommendation I make is to reconsider Panorama hotel. It was poorly maintained, poor hygiene. Other than that the other properties, itineraries and food were great. It was a memorable experience

The itinerary provided so much enjoyment, filled with variety, excitement, and entertainment. it combined scheduled events with added free time to explore on our own. The breaks in driving time was well planned out but, ALL FUTURE tour busses MUST have a WC on board. The accommodations for the most part were like no other. Just one location should be taken off the list in Savilla, it is not a good representation of you fine company. All in all, it was FANTASTIC and a bucket list item that I am so glad I took. Ajit Singh Panwar and Najib were excellent guides, well informed and willing shared cultural information. Sadly the first two days in Madrid were very confusing, particularly the visit to the Sports stadium. It would have been useful to explain how long we had and then meet at the appointed location. It was impossible to try and follow Ana. Due to the rush to keep up I lost my expensive Apple Watch as I couldnt return it to my wrist return passport to my person once I had gone through security. It feel out of my bag someone picked it up. we In Madrid It was very confusing sorting the different groups at the hotel. Perhaps different language groups could meet a staggered times. Once on our bus Ajib was very good. I particularly enjoyed our days in Morocco. Najib was an excellent guide, personable, well informed and willing shared his love of his country. Those flying in from Australia or New Zealand really need an extra day tomcod with the jet lag. Alahamlba local guide was excellent. Perhaps a guided tour in Seville, particularly for the visit to the Roman amphitheatre would have been great.

We enjoyed the Morocco part the best because the 18 of us English tour had our own bus and tour guide. Ayoub was by far the best guide ever. Even though we booked an English speaking tour, the fact that the majority of Europamundo clients are Spanish speaking. We were lumped together with the Spanish speakers in Spain and Portugal where we were the minority. The guides speaking in their native language tend to talk more and when they had to speak in English it is not so fluent and with an accent. The hotels tend to be away from the city center with some in the middle of nowhere. I must say even though the itinerary include Porto, we never really being there. We were taken to Gaia and saw Porto across the river and we stayed in a hotel in Gaia which is the worst hotel in the tour. No cups, glasses or even a paper cup in the room. Had to go to the lobby to get their tiny paper cups. Overall Europamundo did a good job.
