Travel director was a beautiful superstar. Hotels were all excellent. Included meals were great. And we had so much fun during the included sightseeing, and the optional experiences that we participated in. Excellent We knew to expect wed be changing buses here there as that is how you keep your prices so reasonable for your itineraries. We had 3 transfers over 13 days all handled smoothly by the bus drivers moving luggage across Guides advising in advance exactly when/how this would occur so worked fine with us. The main thing was we got to experience every city as stated on our itinerary we didnt miss anything.

Overall the trip was pretty well organized. All tour guides we had were very knowledgeable and informative regarding cities and historic landmarks with enough details. Even though we were English speaking our trip included Spanish/ Asian speaking tourists as well. They did a pretty good job of accommodating everyone. I was under the impression our trip was with the same group from start to finish but was not the case and the group interchanged as we progressed along the route. Lots of logistics involved but it seemed to work alright.

Fantastic introduction to Spain and Portugal! Our concierge and driver were a great team, very knowledgeable of all areas traveled and kept us well informed of all activities. Each hotel was amazing and would love to stay a few more days at each! The organized local tours and guides were always timely, personable and knowledgeable of their particular town. While our time is limited in each stop, we now have a "bucket list" of favorite must return and stay a bit longer towns.

We would certainly recommend this tour and the tour guide did a fatalistic job trying to take care of all requests and had a vast knowledge. The driverwas always helpful and new his route well. We should have a refund that was applied for by Len nus but not received as one tour was canceled for the lack of interest by others.We would have like some beach time and one less tour of churches We would like to suggest the mix of people and there ability to care about the enjoyment of others.Being late constantly and loud is not acceptable
