I can’t imagine navigating Vietnam without Diem. The trip was incredibly organized.. starting with Diem meeting us at the airport, to the lovely hotels, flights, transportation reservations, etc. We also appreciated the tips on local cuisine shopping and sightseeing. I spent a couple of days myself in Bangkok and found that wonderful, not sure why no city activities are included, but those days definitely added to my view of Thailand. Also not sure why we didn't go to chiang mai but overall it provided a lovely contrast of history and current cultural and spiritual customs. And the scenery is beautiful
