I usually don’t post reviews, but I wanted to thank the staff for helping to make our 2 week Argentinian adventure as flawless as possible. First Melina helped plan our itinerary, which was quite challenging since it included 4 flights and 5 hotels! The activities she suggested, from ice trekking to Tango shows were all fun and unique. The transportation to and from activities and hotels was stellar and such a time saver. We chose mid range hotels and each was clean and so fitting for the location we were at. Milagros took over once our itinerary was set and what a bonus that was! What stood out most was how graciously she accommodated all the issues we had once we began our trip - and there were a lot. From lost luggage to last minute flight and hotel changes, Milagros handled everything graciously and without an upcharge to do so. The farewell bottle of wine was such an unexpected surprise. We planned our epic trip to South America with Analia. She was excellent at listening, advising, tailoring, meeting expectations for our requirements to make this trip an amazing experience. Joaquina then took over to support and guide us through the finer details of the trip, and whilst we were on our holiday. We had access to a WhatsApp support for any queries along the way, a 24 hour emergency WhatsApp number also. The tours and guides were of all very good, with some guides standing out as excellent. We did find it a little annoying when on larger tours with multi lingual guides as we seemed to be in the minority. It felt like we weren't gaining from the same level of information as that delivered to the Spanish speaking! However, overall, the service was seamless, caring, friendly and professional. My trip was wonderful -- I can't say enough good things about Mario and his team! I was travelling solo, and they worked with me to customize the itinerary to be exactly what I needed alongside a work trip I had right before. All of the guides and other staff members were very professional, kind, and prepared. Pickups were on time, and even mundane drives were filled with interesting information and good conversation. Special shoutout to Alberto, who took me to Tortuguero and was so knowledgeable about wildlife (and whose keen eyes spotted some spider monkeys on the drive home, enabling us to stop and see them and some howler monkeys). A true highlight! But everyone was wonderful -- definitely recommend.

My family booked a customized 8-night trip to Torres del Paine, Perito Moreno and Iguazu and we were happy with how the trip went. I would definitely recommend taking the Jungle boat ride. If you don't like getting wet, then forget about it, because you will get trenched! They give each person a bag to keep your personal items dry, such as your cell phone & other valuables. In this regard, the bag is even big enough for some clothing, so you could wear a bathing suit & place the rest of your clothing inside the bag or bring a change of clothes. You could always wear a very lightweight rain coat, but you'll probably still get wet, just not as trenched. Personally, I found getting soaked was quite refreshing & even enhanced the experience. When i arrives to Iguazu the tour was fully booked, but thanks to Say Hueque they found a place for me before I left Iguazu. They have a great service, I highly recommend traveling with them.

All in all, we were really delighted with the service that we received from you. Thanks! Our favourite part of the trip was the week we spent in the North West driving ourselves. We would definitely like to do that again and spend more time in some of the villages and towns. Feedback and thoughts on the various activities and places we stayed and visited: I have written reviews on TripAdvisor for most of them, you can find me under the username fractal if youd like to read them We liked all the hotels we stayed in. Each one was just right for its location and suited us perfectly. If we had to pick, probably our two favourites were Hacienda de Molinos in Molinos and Finca Adalgisa in Chacras de Coria. Hacienda de Molinos had great charm and the food was excellent. We loved our room and would have liked to have spent a couple of days there. The Vinas de Cafayate had great views and the room was nice. The food in their restaurant was also quite good.. The Design Suites Hotel in Salta was great.our room on our first couple of nights was nicer than the room we had when we returned.the first room had a better view. The breakfasts were a little boring. La Comarca in Purmamarca was really nice. It had great views of the mountains and was spacious. One thing we did notice..Argentina is a wine country and yet only one or two of the hotels had wine glasses in the rooms.we had to ask!! The agents on the ground were mostly very good.

Luciana gave us a very positive vibe - it's as simple as that! Everything was excelent and she did it great! We loved all of it. But the Amazon was great! Our best activity was Paragliding in Rio and the best lodge was Turtle Lodge in the Amazon. The only thing we didn't like were the mosquitos and the hotel in Manaus!
