From start to finish this tour was well organized and packed full of things to see and experience. Tour guides were prompt, knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions. There was always someone on hand to answer questions in person or via whatsapp. So much to see and experience our family loved it and felt we had a real experience of Peru, its people, customs, food and traditions.
This tour was an amazing experience and a great way to see A LOT of Europe in a short amount of time. The trip was fast paced but very well planned out with the itinerary and mix of activities that you see and do. Jemma, our tour guide was absolutely amazing! We couldn't have asked for better! She was charismatic, funny, knowledgeable, organized, and guided us in a positive way where we got the very most out of the travel experience learning the local history, foods, culture and best site seeing spots. She went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the most out of our tour experience. Gabriel, our driver was also phenomenal. We always felt very safe and he was always perfectly punctual and helped us load/ unload and kept us very comfortable on the coach.
Very fast paced but we get a lot of activities is that make it worth it. Our tour manager *Personal details removed by Feefo* was the best. He’s very knowledgeable, keeps us on track, and made the bus rides so much fun. We had a few activities cancel due to weather but *Personal details removed by Feefo* always made sure there was more to do to make up for it.

Honestly, Thai food is a bit spicy for us, but I really have to admit that their cuisine is very diverse and rich. I was pleasant with the good service provided by this tour company. From the moment we arrived in Bangkok, our guide greeted us with warmth and a detailed overview of what to expect. Well-planned itinerary, well-chosen accommodations and wonderful landscapes. This tour was a great trip that was personalised as it was done in small numbers. I particularly enjoyed the choice of food places, as we were able to enjoy traditional foods, including street food, that we would not have known about otherwise.

Overall it was a nice and good trip but i would like to highlight some points.
1. Short duration of personal stroll in some places/towns.
2. The detailed itinerary was not respected. There was a day where we returned to the hotel earlier than mentioned on the itinerary.
3. Another day, we were given only 30 minutes to stroll around Rouen including dinner. How is that possible? we traveled 4 hours to reach Rouen from Paris only to visit and eat within 30 minutes?
4. Breakfast lack options, everyday we got the same things in 5 hotels we were staying. Too much pork options as breakfast and not everybody consumes that.
5. Diamond cutting factory was a waste of time as nobody was interested to visit this. The explanations were so dull and sleepy, they put 40 people in a closed non aerated room and we were all suffocating. I had rather stroll around Amsterdam from morning to evening.
Overall it was a good and nice trip but it could have been perfect.
