This was one of the best trips of my life! I had the best group and the two best CEOs ever!!! It’s a very fast paced tour of some incredible cities, and the CEOs did absolutely everything in their power to make sure that we had the best time. Diana and Filip are two of the most amazing, kind, caring, considerate and knowledgable people I’ve ever met. They are good eggs! They made this trip so so so much better! They’re a real credit to the company. I shall be booking more g adventure tours because they made the experience so enjoyable!
Hello, i liked all the places we visited but i did not like all the time changing buses with different groups and wasting all that time. Hotels were generally good and reasonable locations.
Thank you
Too much too fast We needed more time in several spots, less in others. TA did not advice about the hectic pace. Madrud and Barcelona were extremely confusing with the changes in buses, groups, guides, etc.
I’m really happy that we opted to take a guided tour with Europamundo. There are several best parts 1. We were taken to several pretty cool places, which we may not have visited on our own 2. The guides gave us ample information about each place we visited 3. Guides, particularly, Emanuele and Ivan were amazing - friendly, informative, accommodating and treated us very well
The issue was, of course, no fault of yours, weather was pretty hot - which was expected.
Since it is a vacation, we would like to take it a little easy but, most mornings we had to be in the bus by 7:30 am after breakfast. I wish this was pushed out by an hour to 8:30 am.
Also, most places we would reach past 7:30 and most shops and places were closed by then.
It would have helped a little, from comfort standpoint, if we had used trains instead of buses. We could have stretched a little, possibly used catering cabins, etc.
Another option to consider for future - it would really be great if you had WiFi option and phone charging options only one of the buses we travelled had phone charging option
Overall, a pretty good experience and we would most likely do it again.
Kudos to all the guides and drivers, especially, Emanuele, Ivan and Fran not sure if his name was Fran or Frank, sorry about it the driver.
The tour was well-organised the guide Ajit was very professional. At the Hotel Roma in Lisbon, we were given a room next to the railway track. It would be impossible for us to sleep what with the noise from the tracks so we requested for a change of room which the kind receptionist obliged. And theres no coffee machine at the buffet spread. Thats disappointing. The best part about these hotels is the bed- its very comportable n this is super important to have a good rest. Of course the Hilton Gaia Porto is the best of all, on all counts :
Overall, it was a fun experience By the way, on our last day in Zurich, our guide was not Javier but Diego Bueno. All of our guides were very nice and approachable. However, Ms. Angeles, though very nice, did not seem to be very fluent with English.
5 star experience, from first day pickup at the airport to the last day of the tours, even English speaking groups are small4 ppl they have dedicated English speaking guides with us most the time
I liked this tour because of how indepth it was and the amount of historical sites we visited. The bus tour guides where very informatative about each place we visited and where very well organised, also i also liked the amount of local tour guides that where used.
