Climbing Mount Batur on my birthday was an absolute highlight. Watching the sunrise from the summit was nothing short of magical. We followed it with a visit to the rice terraces, where I captured my “money shot” on the famous swing — a true bucket-list moment! On Gili Trawangan, we swam in crystal-clear waters, ate delicious local food, and cycled around the island — a simple yet perfect way to explore. Ovinda even surprised me with a birthday cake, making the day feel extra special and heartwarming. From start to finish, the trip was flawlessly organised. The hotels were top quality, the itinerary balanced adventure and relaxation perfectly, and every personal recommendation from Ovinda was spot on. She kept us safe, well cared for, and always smiling — whether we were enjoying a Bintang or unwinding with a massage.
