Our tour guide and bus drivers have been excellent and very helpful to us . They help us with our luggages and our bus is clean and comfortable.. I see how hard our tour guide works to give us the best experience and made sure we have the best vacation . On my trip that started in Innsbruck, i want to mention specifically Julio for his persistence and patience on us . He made us feel like his family and i love how he gave his best to provide us the information we needed . Though there was a problem in our cruise by the Rhine River, we were almost late and only 3 mins before the boat left . Thanks to Julio for running his way to get us a ticket and made that trip possible .. We see his hard work on how not to miss all our planned tour for the day, and this isnt easy to handle as there other passengers that were leaving for other destination as well . I have to repeat all of our tour guide have been very good but I get to see extra from Julio as he was very attentive to us and our needs . I give 5 stars to everyone working very making our vacation as memorable and as happy Julio thank you soo much for everything You are the best

Just completed 21 days Europe : East to West with 13 other friends. An awesome trip. A little hectic, with lots of walking; however fully worth the walks and the money. I booked this trip via my Travel Agency, unsure about Europamundo. However, after my 21-day adventure - Europe : East to West from Lisbon - Prague, with my wife and 12 other friends, from 14.3.24 to 3.4.24, I am so glad that I decided on Europamundo. The daily itinerary was compact, interesting and meaningful. The travel buses were comfortable. The hotels were above expectations. Most of the Guides were very informative, systematic , courteous and helpful, though there were a few mechanical, robotic ones as well. Special mention to Gaby and Raquel for establishing personal rapport, responsibility and meaningful acquaintanceship with all the passengers under their charge. Keep UP the good work and standards

However we had a tour guide called Xavier who we met in Amsterdam and took us to end Berlin after sightseeing Hamelin
He was absolutely uninterested in his job and upon asking a relevant question he was always reluctant to answer
It seemed that he hated his job. He even after the bus left at the Berlin hotel left us without handing the key card. He really did not care about any of the passengers who mostly all had bad encounters with him
On the other hand I would give 11 stars out of 10 to EVA who was fantastic and went out of her way to make the tour lively and was so full of energy and do was GEORGE our first guide who was really nice and very very organised and good hearted. Both EVA amd GEORGE amd even ISRAEL were very good and exceeded their excellence EXCEPT XAVIER who was a total disaster guide who really everyone made everyone feel uncomfortable by stating his intro speech “ That we are his nightmare” On his introduction speech introducing himself . He was grumpy and had an unapproachable look on his face most of the times. He behaved as if he was the boss of Euromundo and we are his slaves. No one was happy with him

We had a very amazing, unforgettable best experienced with our Panorama Trip. It was our 35th wedding Anniversary and our second honeymoon as well. We enjoyed every second of our tour especially watching the picturesque view of Switzerland. We love the Alpine mountains ans our hotel in Kitzbuhel. It was a perfect vacation for us and what matters most we gained friends, lose weight due to the 10k plus steps per day and we are now healthy and the most fascinating thing was that we were disciplined by our tourists guides because there was a timetable. We love all our tourist guides, Antonio, Alfredo, Emmanuel, Leonardo, Eliani, Linus but most of all the favorite is Antonio our tourist guide from Barcelona. He is so sweet and simpatiko. I love the spanish tourist guides. They are so compassionate. Thank you so much for the best vacation in our lives. We will always cherish the memories we had with you, with each person that we met in our journey. It was worthwhile and it will always be cherished to last a lifetime. We love Europamundo because you take good care of us as family. Hope we can travel with you again in United Kingdom next year. I will share our experienced with you with my friends and relatives all over the world, when in fact i posted all our experiences and beautiful pictures in my facebook timeline. Tour outings were great. tour guides were really nice. locations were breathtaking at the time of year. August seems to be a holiday month for many countries, so thing were accessible at prompt times without standing on line. we go to see things at the times allotted and not stand in line to wait.
