All the Tour guides were good except for one lady guidewho accompanied us to venice and Florence. She was rude and inconsiderate and not passionate enough in her profession.
As the customer are from different countries it will be better to provide some basic amenities like kettle in hotel rooms.
Even though this was my first solo trip from London to home and back, I never felt alone, as the bus was my constant companion throughout the journey, along with my comfortable hotel stays. Despite traveling with people from different backgrounds and languages, I felt safe and welcomed, making new friends and enjoying a rich cultural exchange. The enthusiastic guides, full of energy and knowledge, provided engaging explanations, making every stop enjoyable without feeling exhausted or bored. The tour covered major destinations efficiently, with well-coordinated time management, caring guides fluent in English and other languages, and insightful local guides for in-depth exploration. Just completed 21 days Europe : East to West with 13 other friends. An awesome trip. A little hectic, with lots of walking; however fully worth the walks and the money. Great itinerary with knowledgeable and responsible guides, comfy buses and premier hotels. No reason to complain at all. Sign up and NOT be disappointed. Kudos to Bookmundi.
Please inform tour guide to inform hotel reception on next day plan, most places they are, but we almost missed first day bus since there were no instructions on start time next day in Barcelona.
