Have been on many guided tours in the world. This tour tops them all. A couple from Canada made our group feel uncomfortable by being demanding and rude sometimes. Min did a great PR job. Sculpture Park was amazing, especially the Picasso Museum. Seeing cherry blossom for the first time with Mountains of snow in background was a plus. Trying and tasting the local food was a gastronomical experience. With a small group I and the others received personalized attention. I have a problem with heights and stairs. I was lucky to have Min's arm to guide me so I did not feel apprehensive or falter. Where would you like to visit next?: Not sure, but I don't like cruising. Only land travel. Great adventure, great guide in Shallal, we'd love to have her on our next adventure! Can say nothing but good things, except perhaps to schedule during a cooler time of year but that is not anything you can change!. We did notice the group dynamic changed when 4 people ended their first week with our group and 4 new people joined our group for the 2nd week. We were more of a team with the first group we had and that was really nice and a good selling point for small group tours like yours. For our next tour we'll be looking only at small group tours.

The tour company left a message at our hotel telling us what time they would pick us up the next day. They were exactly on time which was great. Our tour guide (Frank) was absolutely wonderful. So informative and he spoke english and spanish so well. I liked the fact there were only about 7 or 8 in our group too. It meant you had no trouble hearing what was being said. The walking tour of Valparaiso was a great way to see the place and if there was anything anyone in the group particularly wanted to look at it wasn't a problem. Lunch was at your own cost but it was a great restaurant that was chosen with wonderful views of Valparaiso. Visiting Vina Del Mar was good also and finishing the tour with a wine tasting in the Casablanca Valley was the perfect end to the day.
