*An area for improvement - require your door-to-door car service to and from airport to have verbal communication with your travel client to discuss names, phone numbers, location and timing together the DAY BEFORE PICK-UP. We never knew for sure that anyone was going to be at our house at 5:00 AM day of departure until 20 minutes before pick-up time. Very nerve-racking and absolutely

The tour was precisely organised. Customers comfort being paramount. Our tour leader, Isobel, was a mine of information. She was never ‘in your face’ but there to give facts and history of the lovely islands that are New Zealand. Pete was our driver. He was excellent. The perfect foil for Isobel. Only one trip out in Queenstown we thought was misrepresented. The barbecue at the farm. We were looking forward to the beautiful boat ride across the lake, but not in the company of 280 other people! Had we have known we would not have gone.

Hi Stefania! Sorry to take so long to write back. It has been crazy trying to get back into the swing of things at work after that trip. Italy was amazing!! We absolutely loved it! As for feedback on the trip, we really don't have anything that was negative. We loved everything that was planned! We especially loved how you planned the sites that we went and how the pattern flowed (not sure if you did it on purpose but we think so).
