I absolutely loved the tour! Istanbul was far more mysterious and grand than I ever expected. Our driver, Melih, was incredibly friendly, honest, and always willing to help. His genuine nature added a special touch to our trip. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to discover the true magic of Istanbul and Cappadocia.
Although we experienced an earthquake it was handled very well by our tour guide, Hassain. He made sure we were safe and it didn't affect our trip too much.
Steeped in centuries of tradition and full of culinary prowess, Japan is awash with sights to see and histories to uncover. From Kyoto to Tokyo, spend 11 days exploring the heart of Japan, with memories of the Edo era, sobering warfare sites, lush natural landscapes and eclectic neighbourhoods to discover. Be tempted by tempura, savour your sushi and sip some sochu as you discover the endless variety and diversity of Japan with your small group, all headed by a local leader who knows all of the best places to go. What’s stopping you embarking on a cultural escapade to the home of geisha, torii, sake and nori?
My tour director, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly and personable. He really made the trip memorable . We covered a lot of ground. , our bus driver, was amazing. The itinerary was great, it’s why I chose this trip.
Easy communication! The hotel is excellent and location is city centre and safe, so I just walked everywhere. Plenty of restaurants outside the hotel. The tour meet up location is also few minutes walk only! Dont miss the Royal Palace. Is a must to see it and only steps away. Im very happy with this trip and highly recommended to add to your itinerary especially for someone who is doing solo travel like me and concerned about safety.
Do as the locals do on this seven-day adventure reaching from the bohemian quarters of Copenhagen to the stylish boutiques of Oslo. One of Japan’s greatest attractions is its blend of the modern and the traditional. On this 12-day trip, you’ll veer off the main island of Honshu and travel to the less-touristed southwest. Discover revived art on the island of Naoshima, wander the castle in Matsuyama and spend a night in a tranquil homestay in the village of Usuki. Steam away your worries in the onsens in Beppu and be treated to a night in the volcanic Mt Aso, staying right in the middle of a caldera in a traditional Japanese inn surrounded by rice terraces. Remind yourself of the sobering history of Nagasaki and end it all back where it began – in thriving Osaka. This adventure is the ultimate combination of modern art, bullet trains, countryside villages, traditional inns, delicious feasts and onsens, surrounded by impressive views of rice terraces, volcano craters and grasslands. If you’re looking for a new side of Japan – head to the south!
It was our first time on a Trafalgar trip and most likely not our last. The scenery was spectacular, the tours were educational and fascinating. The hotels were top rate and the meals were delicious. Our Travel Director and Coach Driver were both outstanding. The whole experience was incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in a tour of this nature.
Our Peru adventure was truly magical in so many ways. We met a great bunch of fellow travellers, enjoyed the local history, culture and cuisines, and fulfilled a long held ambition to trek the classic route to Machu Picchu.

I really enjoyed the trip but it was more intense than I thought it would be! Nice to have the different side of seeing the tourist activities as well as the hillside tribe villages. I really enjoyed the hike although it was more challenging than I was expecting from the description given!
