Overall experience was good except some issues. Some hotels were not good for stay due to poor breakfast, location and even one hotel had two portions, one for Europamundo and one for other guests and the items were different too. Tour leaders were good specially Juan a. However mr Abdul Salam was the worst. He never took a flag during the walking tour and he was just like boss and not cooperative and very rude. He changed the scheduled itenary of his own and when confronted he said he has the authority to change

The tour operators George and Eva were fantastic However we had a tour guide called Xavier who we met in Amsterdam and took us to end Berlin after sightseeing Hamelin He was absolutely uninterested in his job and upon asking a relevant question he was always reluctant to answer It seemed that he hated his job. He even after the bus left at the Berlin hotel left us without handing the key card. He really did not care about any of the passengers who mostly all had bad encounters with him On the other hand I would give 11 stars out of 10 to EVA who was fantastic and went out of her way to make the tour lively and was so full of energy and do was GEORGE our first guide who was really nice and very very organised and good hearted. Both EVA amd GEORGE amd even ISRAEL were very good and exceeded their excellence EXCEPT XAVIER who was a total disaster guide who really everyone made everyone feel uncomfortable by stating his intro speech “ That we are his nightmare” On his introduction speech introducing himself . He was grumpy and had an unapproachable look on his face most of the times. He behaved as if he was the boss of Euromundo and we are his slaves. No one was happy with him Rest the trip was really lovely and enjoyable

Dear Sir, We had an absolutely fantastic time in our recent Scandinavia tour. The tour leader Maria lose Navarro Frias is an excellent person, fluent in English, punctual, flexible and knowledgeable about the history of local cultural sites. Your guides, hotels, restaurants for lunch and the trip were well organized and of real pleasure. I have travelled many countries with many tour operators and guides, but I must say that Maria is one of the most responsible, helpful, supportive and professional guide I have ever met. I would like to mention one incident during our trip. On our last day of trip, her bag was stolen from the bus and she lost all her belongings. In spite of that, she was very calm, quite, cool and she ensured that her personal issues does not impact the passengers. She did her duties for the entire day as usual inspite of being unaware about her return of belongings. What a person What a service and what professionalism. She believes on the theory SHOW MUST GO ON Hats off to her.Europamundo is fortunate to have Maria as an employee to their organization. She is an asset to the company. May God bless her with peace, wealth, love and happiness always Once again many many thanks to her service, guidance and support. I've been raving about this tour experience since I've come home. I can't say enough about Collette staff and our tour director Michael, everything was excellent! The only hotel I was disappointed with was the one in Brugge, but understand it's a historic building so can't fault them. Bed was very comfortable and rooms are large.
