The Spirit of Laox trip was excellent, great value for what was included. We especially liked the trip on the Mekong River, it was a lovely restful day inbetween alll the other full on days. We liked the amount of activities and trips provided by Explore and all were interesting and enjoyable . The tour leader, Silk, was great and he had a huge knowledge of the history of Laos and Cambodia which added to the interest The local guides, Tae and Pheng, in Laos were also very knowledgeable and helpful. We generally had a fantastic and are looking forward to our next trip with Explore

Surprisingly surprise. I took a Vietnam tour with this company before, and this time I chose an itinerary starting from Thailand. I have to say the quality remains just as excellent! We were concerned that my husband wouldn't have enough activity, but that wasn't the case at all. We were able to visit local villages, and go for walks or short hikes daily. It was wonderful.
In just under two weeks, this 14-day tour covers Vietnam and Thailand with ample culture and natural beauty. Starting in Vietnam, visit Hanoi landmarks like the Ho Chi Minh Complex and the Temple of Literature, then take a night train to the mountains of Sapa to meet and trek with ethnic communities across scenic villages. After Ninh Binh for the boat ride in Tam Coc then cruise on Ha Long Bay on a luxury junk cruise.
