Our tour guide ROCIO, has been a champion and a true guide for the group.
She held her calm no matter what and truly meant that our problems are hers - EXCELLENT GUIDE The way she took the initiative to pull and arrange all luggage from one bus to the other at Naantali, Finland on 14th September, was Unbelievable. We bought the Paris airport transfer service. The customer checklist stated to look for Europamundo placard. When we arrived, we were unable to locate the driver with the placard. The hotline also told us to look for the placard. In fact, the driver was using his phone to display my name, no placard. Next time, please state either Europamundo sign or passenger name.
