We had the oportunity to had unbelievable views of the glacier, and we had the best experience at the minitrekkig tour on the ice, with the guides and others turist, playing with snowballs and drink whisky with ice of the glacier. The best thing for me, was the chances of getting amazing photos, and also the guides took us to special places where they took the best photos of us.

This was by far the best tour we made before heading out to Peru. The trip included getting picked up from Airbnb and dropped off at the Vistadome train station. Then from the train station to the bus up to Machu Picchu. There was always a guide from the tour company waiting for us. We were never left to wander what the next step was. Our guide at Machu Picchu was very knowledgeable on the history of Machu Picchu and was able to answer all our questions. After Machu Picchu it included a lunch buffet which we also enjoyed. Overall we were left with a beyond great experience.

Longing for a trekking adventure in Peru beyond the classic Inca Trail? The "Salkantay Trek & Machu Picchu" offers a thrilling four-day journey through the Andes, ideal for families and adventurous travelers eager to explore off the beaten path. Traverse a dramatic landscape, from snowcapped peaks to lush forests and vibrant highland villages, all en route to the legendary citadel of Machu Picchu.
Highlights include crossing the formidable Salkantay Pass (4,650m), marveling at the tranquil beauty of Humantay Lake (4,200m), and visiting significant Inca sites. This trekking trip is designed for those who seek variety—each day brings new scenery, wildlife, and cultural encounters.
The unique selling point lies in its rich tapestry of landscapes and authentic village life, offering a more secluded, nature-immersed alternative to the traditional route. Accommodation, transport, meals, and expert guidance are all provided, making this tour package a seamless way to experience Peru’s wild beauty and ancient wonders.
My trip to Patagonia was one of the best that I have ever done. The landscapes and the people were something that I would never forget. El Calafate was absolutely beautiful, full of lakes and glaciers. Perito Moreno Glacier is unique and a must if you are travelling to Argentina. I also booked the full day tour to El Chalten, which is very nice but I would have preferred to stay for a few nights in the village to do some of the treks in the area but I did not have many days. I stayed at Hotel Mirador del Lago which has amazing views of Argentino lake. Torres del Paine National Park was equally amazing. Our guide Lucas was incredible and very knowledgeable. Hotel Altiplanico was so beautiful. 100% recommend this tour.
