From ancient Incan mysteries to the wildlife wonders of the Galápagos, the 'Machu Picchu & Galapagos Wonders featuring a 4-Night Cruise' tour is a dream for adventurers who relish discovery. This 14-day guided journey begins in Lima and ends in Santa Cruz, blending challenging trekking and hiking with a luxurious Galápagos cruise.
Uncover Machu Picchu’s lost city, explore UNESCO-listed colonial towns, and stand at the Equator’s midpoint. The highlight is a 4-night cruise aboard a personal yacht through the Galápagos archipelago, where you’ll witness rare wildlife and pristine landscapes that inspired Darwin’s theories.
This trip’s USP lies in its seamless fusion of cultural heritage and natural marvels—offering an unparalleled adventure from the Andes to the Pacific, with every detail expertly arranged for intrepid, experience-hungry travelers.
Peru’s vibrant cities, wild rainforests, and ancient ruins combine in the Premium Peru tour, a nine-day adventure crafted for seasoned travelers and seniors. Begin in Lima’s historic heart, journey to the Amazon for a night in a rainforest lodge, and marvel at Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Walking tours, immersive local interactions, and a 360-degree train ride through the Andes offer a complete view of Peru’s diverse landscapes and cultures. The trip’s unique highlight is its deep engagement with both Inca heritage and indigenous communities, making it a tour package that promises both discovery and authentic connection.

Your arrangements gave us exactly what we wanted. But we were surprised that this was not a group tour as we thought it would be. Each hotel and excursion was separate, as opposed to being with the same group and tour guide the whole time. However, it worked out fine. We especially loved the hotels selected by the tour company because they were centrally located and we could easily walk around the various cities.

Contrasts of Colombia definitely the right tour title. Trip was so different every day.
Catalina was fabulous, funny, informative, full of energy and took everyone's preferences into account. Especially loved the workshops and demonstrations.
The only minor spoilers foe me were that we didn't get to go to the leather workshop, the bus was too cramped (but sorted later for which we were all grateful), the red house was closed but again Cat arranged for bus to drop us there avoiding a long walk back.
This being said I loved the whole trip and have already recommended my friends book it.

Overall satisfying. Leisurely pace and the tour to Iguazu Falls plus the optional Iguazu Falls experiences on the Argentinian side were wonderful. However, some of the hotels (Mirador in Rio and Imperial in Buenos Aires are something to be desired). The dinner at the family compound was excellent and very enjoyable.

Fantastic trip, one of the best I have been on. Beautiful country, amazing landscapes, lovely friendly people. Plus we had a fun group and an excellent guide, Marcelo. And we were lucky with the weather too.
Yes, it’s expensive but worth it. Spend the extra to do the optional activities to make the most of it. Loved the walking with penguins, the zodiac trip on Rio Serrano and both the big walks.
The days are very long but you can always sleep on the bus/back at home!
Contrary to previous reviews I thought the hotels were all fine and the breakfasts were great and a good start to each day. The tango show we went to was in a small venue and great. Wish I’d added more time in Buenos Aires before the trip as it’s a lovely city and there’s a lot to see and do there - I will be back.
