Armond was an amazing leader, with local knowledge a good sense of how to engage us all in what was happening, and life in general in Madagascar. We learned so much. The local tour guides at each national park were super helpful and gave us that individual attention to be able to find the amazing animals. Michele our bus driver was incredible - how we didn't feel bounced around on those super rough roads was testament to his skill.
Being an active tour was really good - not so long in the bus each day and a chance to get a walk in really made a difference.
The challenge of the 4-day hike up a mountain was memorable and felt like a real achievement.
Let me be upfront, this wasn’t a glamorous vacation. It was muddy. It was dusty. We had early mornings, long drives, and a few mosquito bites. But will I want to experiemce this again? Yes!
The tour was well organized, and the guide was a legend! Quite funny, patient, and ridiculously sharp-eyed. Samburu was our first real dive into the wild, and it delivered. We saw elephants on day one, and from there it just kept coming, leopards, hyenas, even a rare kudu.
One afternoon near Lake Nakuru, our vehicle got stuck in a patch of thick mud. Instead of getting annoyed, our group jumped out (after checking for nearby buffalo, obviously) and helped push. That’s the moment I’ll remember, complete strangers working together in the middle of Kenya. What impressed me most was how fast the team coordinated with support. Another vehicle was ready to assist if needed and our guide handled it all with total calm. You could tell they’ve got experience.
The boat ride at Naivasha was another highlight. There’s something eerie and beautiful about hippos watching you from the waterline. Then came Masai Mara, which just floored me. We saw a lion cub playing with its sibling and a herd of wildebeest thundering past. It’s a feeling out of the world.
The accommodations were decent, nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and always ready with a warm meal. And I appreciated how the team kept things running smoothly from behind the scenes. Airport pickup was seamless, the group size was just right, and every transition from lodge to lodge was effortless for such a packed itinerary.
If you want pristine perfection maybe look elsewhere. But if you want raw beauty, real moments, and a sense of the world beyond your bubble, this is it. Hats off to the team for making it all flow.
My trip exceeded my expectation. the only negative was my flights, I had too long a layover both ways in Frankfurt. I would have paid an additional amount for a better travel itinerary.
I’m an amateur wildlife photographer and booked this safari mainly to shoot the “Big Five.” I wasn’t disappointed.
The 4x4 vehicles had pop-up roofs which made it super easy to get clear shots. The guides were patient and even repositioned the vehicle to help me get better angles. I got shots of a male lion at golden hour, a herd of elephants with dust clouds swirling, and flamingos creating a pink blanket over Lake Nakuru.
Even beyond the animals, Kenya is photogenic as heck—acacia trees silhouetted against the sunset, Maasai people in their beautiful red garments, and of course, Mount Kilimanjaro standing quietly in the background at Amboseli.
This wasn’t just a vacation—it was a creative recharge. I’m already editing my portfolio to include a “Kenya” section!
Ascend to the top of Africa with the Kilimanjaro – Lemosho Trek, a 10-day adventure tailored for experienced travelers ready for a strenuous physical challenge. Starting and ending in Moshi, you’ll follow the lesser-traveled Lemosho route—celebrated for its gradual approach and diverse scenery, ranging from lush rainforest to stark alpine desert.
Over seven days, your trek is paced to help you acclimatize and maximize your summit success. Supported by a team of expert guides, porters, and cooks, you’ll wild camp on the slopes, enjoying panoramic views as you push toward Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peak. The sense of camaraderie and achievement is matched only by the dramatic landscapes you’ll traverse.
Once you’ve reached the summit, why not extend your stay? Optional add-ons include a relaxing escape to Zanzibar’s beaches or a wildlife safari in Tanzania’s best national parks.
The unique selling point of this tour package is its well-paced ascent and full-service support—giving you the best possible shot at summiting Africa’s highest mountain. For those seeking a true test of endurance and spirit, this trek is an unforgettable journey.
Everything was perfect for this safari, the organization, the guide, the parks, the accommodations. We had the chance to share this trip with our guide who I would like to point out that made this safari an unforgettable experience. We couldn't have hoped for a better guide and would recommend it to everyone. Book without any hesitation with this agency and if you speak French, ask without hesitation to ask for their French-speaking tour guide.
My wife and I haven't spent much time in Tanzania, so I picked up this 2-day hike + safari package - and honestly, it was the highlight of our trip.
The first day walking the Kilimanjaro Light Trail to reach the Maundi Crater - mind-blowing in a word! And the next day I saw lions, elephants, giraffes in Tarangire National Park in front of my eyes. The guide was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Everything is on time and hassle-free.
In my opinion, perfect for those who do not want to walk more, or have less time!
The four day private wilderness adventure was fantastic. We saw lions, elephants and giraffes in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Accommodation was top notch. A special thanks to Cecy for organizing this unforgettable trip!
