I have climbed so many mountains but Kilimanjaro trip was the best. We were a private group consisting of my wife, kids and i, and we felt incredibly safe and supported throughout the trek, especially on summit night. The twice-daily medical check-ins were reassuring, especially for my kids, who had never been on a high-altitude hike. Our lead guide, with extensive mountain medical training, kept everyone calm and comfortable. The way the guides made our kids feel special, accomplished, acknowledged them as young adults and bonded with them meant so much & definitely make this a wonderful experience they will remember forever. This safari exceeded all my expectations. We departed from Dar es Salaam and enjoyed a cross-country drive where we got to soak in the Tanzanian wilderness. Arriving in Selous was like going back in time, everything was so wild and beautiful. Completely off-grid. We stayed at Hippo camp which was a nice little collection of wooden lodges on the river side with a great view. All meals (even the packed lunches) were of a high quality. My favourite wildlife moment was feeding the bush babies at night in Hippo camp - wish I could have taken one home. On the third day we woke up before sunrise for a jungle walk with an incredible guide who entertained us and told us 'bush' stories wish were certainly unforgettable! The wildlife in Selous was definitely up to scratch and it was so enjoyable to cruise through the varying and outstandingly beautiful wilderness. Book it now!

The itinerary provided so much enjoyment, filled with variety, excitement, and entertainment. it combined scheduled events with added free time to explore on our own. The breaks in driving time was well planned out but, ALL FUTURE tour busses MUST have a WC on board. The accommodations for the most part were like no other. Just one location should be taken off the list in Savilla, it is not a good representation of you fine company. All in all, it was FANTASTIC and a bucket list item that I am so glad I took. I had a lovely time and i think it was my best trip away so far in terms of location and activities. However, the people make a big difference ultimately and there was this girl in the group who made things slightly difficult for the CEO. She always had something negative to say and complained - i thought it was very unnecessary. Overall i had a great time and all the other people in the group and the CEOs made the experience absolutely awesome!
