I went on the 18 day Thailand intro and had the trip of a lifetime! Everything from even before we arrived was very organised which led to a completely stress free trip. Our group leader Zoe was amazing, bringing such positive vibes from day 1, and provided complete support throughout the trip and for onward travel. Our local guide Aei-ki was fantastic and provided cultural knowledge as we went round. Would highly recommend Intro travel and this amazing country!
My first high-altitude hike - the Nubra Valley trek - and all I can say is WOW! With Valerie Parkinson as our tour leader, we were set up for an unforgettable adventure from day one. The incredible cook, knowledgeable guides, and fantastic camp crew made every moment a joy. If you’re thinking of exploring the Nubra Valley, you simply can’t go wrong with this trip. The only challenge now? Deciding on my next adventure!
Our bicycling trip (Passau to Vienna) was a wonderful family adventure for myself, my husband, and our adult son and daughter (ages 28 and 26). Everything was extremely well-organized by the tour operator, and the staff there quickly responded to any questions or issues that arose, both before our travels and during. We had some difficulty locating the place where we were to pick up the bikes despite following the instructions provided, and few people in the area seemed to know of them. We eventually found it, but as it was raining hard, we were all somewhat sleep-deprived, and the distance from our hotel was longer than we had expected with only major roads on which to travel, we asked the bike rental company for a ride back to our hotel, which they did for 60 Euros. That process felt more stressful than necessary, but once we started out the next morning from Passau, everything was perfect. We loved biking along the Danube - the paths are well marked, the scenery is stunning, and the information provided by the operator was extremely useful. We would definitely book again with this operator and look forward to our next adventure!
We had a brilliant trip in July seeing the wonderful Baltic countries. The weather was very kind, the group and our guide wonderful. We all learnt so much about the hard and dramatic history the Baltic countries have experienced and their hard won independence.
7 days was well worth the extra time to the long weekend. Amazing local guides, varied scenery and excellent food for a camping trip. the 7 days gave time acclimatise to the heat, to practice getting up at 0600 and to get used to camping. Plus the tour of Marrakesh on the last day was a nice end to the trip.
The trip was awesome and our tour guide Mohammad was such a wonderful and knowledgeable person. He was very helpful and made sure everyone was comfortable. He also helped me by telling me about places i can go to in my free time in Amman
Our tour was excellent, beyond our expectations. The itinerary was well-planned. The places we visited were amazing and the hotels where we stayed were very good. Our guide, Franck Zimmerman, was exceptional; he was very knowledgeable and nice; plus, he kept us informed about everything and made us feel like family. I had a fantastic experience! The hikes through the untouched landscapes of Eastern Iceland were truly a highlight. Kudos to our CEO Mike, whose deep knowledge of the region and passion for hiking made the tour very enjoyable—and allowed us to experience some truly breathtaking nature. The sense of community within our group and having a “home base” in Bakkageroi made the experience even more special.
