Loved our trip! Especially waking up to the majestic mountains of Annapurna with a cup of tea, the thoughtful pace of our trek, and the yummy dinners to set us up for another day of trekking.

Excellent

Nat Geo family expeditions give an awesome mix of exposure to the local culture, a variety of experiences that you would likely be too overwhelmed to put into an itinerary on your own, and high-quality accommodations and food. Good CEOs really set this apart, since they can absorb and correct the hiccups, leaving us to just enjoy the trip. Their local knowledge and translation service was above and beyond our expectations.

The hotline staff was friendly and helpful. I bought the airport transfer from the Glasgow hotel. The UK transfer service is better than the Paris service. Overall, we enjoy the tour and will come back.

Excellent

Highly recommend doing this tour! Its itinerary showcases some of Europe's awesome scenery from start to finish. Well worth doing-you will have many great photo opportunities throughout the tour. You will be left wanting to see more of the places you visit on tour

The Hike/Barge trip across Scotland was wonderful. The barge was very comfortable and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. We all interacted like family. The food was amazing and a real surprise. There was a choice of hikes most days depending on how challenged you wanted to be or if you wanted to take it easier. It was also very comfortable to just stay on the barge if you wanted a half day or full day off hiking. The hikes were beautiful.

Walking in Bosnia-Herzegovina

A seven day walking trip starting/finishing in Dubrovnik, visiting Sutjeska National Park, Sarajevo, Neretva river canyon and Mostar. The trip encompassed a mix of strenuous and easy day walks, visiting a remote mountain village, and exploring and understanding the volatile history of the country. An overall highlight was discovering the beauty of the landscape - so many mountains, forests, lakes and rivers. Accommodation ranged from the basic, Socialist-era style hotel in Sutjeska National Park (though perfectly comfortable and adequate), to the small, comfortable and more modern hotels in Trebinje, Sarajevo and Mostar. Travel was in a 12 seater van, driven by the personable Gvard, from Sarajevo.
