Everything was perfectly planned and we did not have to worry about anything at all. Drivers and tour guides were always on time which is something that surprised us. The team was very helpful and accommodated every request. I was worried before the trip since i didn't know anything about the tour company, simply came across them on a hotel's website. But since we arrive in Hanoi my concerns were quickly resolved. As the days went by, i was genuinely surprised with the choices our travel expert made for our tour in Vietnam and with the service provided. During the trip i crashed my drone and they even helped me get s new one. The new drone was waiting for me at the hotel. This tour company is simply amazing.
