You’ll have the Day to chill, before joining your group for the welcome speech and heading out for a meal near the legendary Pub Street. You heard us right. PUB. STREET. A place of bonkers bars, and weird and wonderful food. If you fancy it, sink a drink or two - there’s no better way to get to know your Tru fam than via the medium of slurred, drunken jibber-jabber. (Non-drunken jibber-jabber also accepted.)

Interesting tour

The guides are lovely but communication on the Cambodian half of the tour could have been better. There were many things like museums and palaces that were available to explore but we didn’t do any of them and there was no free time for us to it on our own. There was an emphasis on going out drinking at night so if this is not your vibe it’s hard to bond with the group. The vietnam tour is proving to be better organised and the itinerary more balanced. If you are wanting to do the tour make sure you do both Cambodia and Vietnam as some people just joined the tour for Vietnam and it is proving difficult for them to make friends as everyone has been together for almost 2 weeks and already knows each other.

Best trip of my life!

This trip has genuinely been the best experience of my entire life. From day one when we all met Nana, he was warm, welcoming, and instantly made everyone feel comfortable with eachother. He’s the perfect mix of funny, caring and passionate about making sur we all had the best time possible. Every activity we did was so much fun, and Nana always added something extra to it whether it was cracking jokes, telling us stories/history about Cambodia, or just hyping everyone up. You can tell he really loves what he does, and that made all the difference. He always checked in on us, made sure we were safe, happy, and had everything we needed, and he somehow managed to do all of that while keeping the group laughing nonstop. I’ve made some incredible memories on this trip that I’ll keep forever, and some friends I’ll have for life, and a massive part of that is thanks to Nana. I’ve loved every single moment, every activity, every laugh. I can’t recommend this trip enough, and if you’re lucky enough to get Nana as your guide, you’re genuinely in for the best time of your life!!
