Terrific itinerary with Utah’s mighty five national parks, several state parks, national monuments, a Navajo dinner, experience, hiking, adorable towns, great food, and most of all a tremendous tour director, full of great advice, history, fun and patience. The tour Director makes all the difference. Plus, you meet really nice people.
Very organized and had some wonderful events included in our trip. So enjoyed having dinner on the Navajo reservation with out shepherded and her family. The additional activities were excellent.
What an amazing trip! I think the word I used most was, Wow. The scenery was almost other wordily in Goblin State Park, and The Arches National Park was spectacular. You can hike if you want, and the trails range from easy to moderate, according to The National Parks Service, but I thought some of the moderate ones bordered on difficult. The Navajo Trial in Bryce Canyon National Park was very tough and make sure you give yourself rest stops along the way. The Be My Guest dinner was unique in that it was held on a Navajo Indian Reservation, and the fare was a genuine Navajo dinner. Make sure you go to Dead Horse Point State Park as well. If you are looking for an adventurous trip with some amazing folks, Trafalgar Mighty Five is for you!
It was fantastic! We saw more than we ever thought we would. The lodging was great. Our tour guide was very thorough in his explanations. My only negative was that he didn’t always wait for the folks in the back of the bus before he took off on a hike.
This is a wonderful trip, travel director, bus driver, hotels were top notch. There is a lot of trail walking to be done but the views are spectacular. I would recommend Trafalgar for sure.
Went to almost every known park in Utah. Tour Manager was very knowledgeable and experienced and detailed with what to anticipate on trip. One of the best trip I've been on.
