Casablanca Local culture Trips

Loved the majority of the trip. Cold have skipped the Jardin Majorelle. We wound up sitting and waiting to leave for40-45 mintes. The musem was interesting but descriptions were in French so couldn't read . Would have liked to spend more time in the medina shopping the different alleys. The co-op we were taken to was okay but didn't have what I was looking for and didn't have the local interaction. I would definately recommend this trip, and I have to numerous friends. I would go back.

The tour was a comprehensive view of some of Moroccos biggest cities, including many authentic meals, our tour managers vast knowledge of his country, and an authentic look at how Moroccan’s live (and how diverse that view can be from city to city). This tour was action packed and very well curated. I would love to take this tour again in 10 years to see how far the country has developed. Favorite parts of the tour were the ancient Roman ruins, and Hassan II mosque.

There were many memorable experiences; I never thought I would ride a camel! Our tour director, Nabil, was fantastic. He was always willing and able to help people out, whether it was someone who wanted to do something different from the rest of the group and needed some assistqnce, or when he let me use his phone to call my mother on Mother's Day because I was having trouble with my phone plan. I was not happy with the fact that, although I got an email the day before my flights, I was not able to get my boarding pass until I got to the airport because of the way the air department booked the tickets.

Our experience w/ our local guide Thami in Fez was excellent. Everything about the Sahara desert visit was remarkable. The Marrakech madina visit and tour was great also. Our facitator Nabil exceeded Collette standard as did all the local guides.

After three years of back 2 back beach vacations, I was ready for something different and Morocco was it in every way. This tour struck the perfect balance between cultural immersion, historical wonder, and breathtaking natural beauty. The itinerary flowed seamlessly taking us from the wide boulevards of Casablanca to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, the alleys of Fez and the dunes of the Sahara. Our guide, Layla, was phenomenal. She was warm, endlessly knowledgeable, and the kind of person who anticipates questions before you even ask. She brought every stop to life, whether we were walking through the historic Medina of Fez or standing in awe before the architectural marvel of the Hassan II Mosque. One of my personal highlights was the Todra Gorge. As someone who’s hiked canyons in Arizona and Utah, I can honestly say this was even more dramatic. It had sheer walls that glowed orange in the sun and a stillness that felt almost sacred. The camel ride to our desert camp in Merzouga was unforgettable. Watching the sun dip below the dunes, then sharing dinner and music under the stars with fellow travelers made for a night I’ll always remember. You can say it was a beautiful moment to be cherished forever. The hotels exceeded expectations. They were clean, comfortable, and full of authentic Moroccan touches like tiled courtyards and lantern lit lounges. Sure, some days involved long drives, but the scenery made them feel like part of the adventure. We passed through ancient kasbahs, date palm oases, and tiny villages. The team took care of everything with precision and warmth. From airport pickups to luggage handling it all just worked. For the price and what’s included, this tour is an incredible value. I returned home feeling enriched!

I wanted to try Morocco as it was very different from anywhere else I had previously visited, but wanted some extra guidance. This tour was perfect for that, showing me places in Morocco that I haven't even heard of and I loved all of it. The places were fantastic, the tour guides were fantastic and the experience was fantastic. Would highly recommend for those who want to see all the country has to offer.
