Very good introductory tour to Denmark, Norway Sweden The hotels were all outstanding, the guides excellent. Difficult to confirm information with the agency itself. They did not want to reveal starting ending points of the tour for some reason, which made it difficult to plan travel. Otherwise, a wonderful experience

I liked all the services provided on the tour. Especially the cooperative Tour leaders at each destination. The management has been excellent and everything was well taken care of.
Overall the trip was good however the Hotels at certain places ADONIS EXCELLIOR GRAND GENEVE was not of standard quality. We were very disappointed with the night stay at FELDKIRCH. There was NO reason to make passengers stay in such a BORING place There is Nothing to do there besides we dropped at 5PM here so entire evening was a waste....there was no net connection at Hotel HOTEL CENTRAL LOWEN even after paying for it....all shops etc closed so basically a total waste of money and time Instead you can give more time in Lucerne where people can enjoy nightlife or evening time...suggest you to remove Feldkirch stay and give night stay at some more entertaining place. Also You should have offered the boat trip at Rhine falls .....we missed it Certain places the time given was too much to explore a small town....our tour guide Ms Maria was AMAZING...she was very caring and gave timely information to us at all places. We would recommend to educate guests more on the available restaurants near the Hotels you choose as we clients find it difficult to walk and explore options after a long day....if you give few restaurant names close to Hotel it will be of help Again overall a good experience however small improvements required on planning Hotels and routing. I understand that its important to have an enticing list of destinations, but some cities only allowed for a few evening hours. Personally I would have paid extra for a Frecciarossa in order to obtain a few more time.
It was a wonderful experience. The only negative part was that there were only 5 of us who spoke English. Even though we had individual tour guides who gave a tour in English, overall, I believe we missed out on some cultural information.
1. Grouping should have been done keeping in mind the preferred language. While i preferred English, i was with a Spanish speaking group till Aarhus - which was not enjoyable.
2. Large groups should no be clubbed with individual/ small family travellers. There was a group of 20 people travelling together and that often led to delays etc.
