Kenya and Uganda Tours and Trips

It. Was wonderful from start to finish. Hotels -excellent and it would have been even better to have a second day with the option of half-day relaxing by the pool r taking a guided nature walk. Food- very delicious and more than enough at each meal. We learned something new daily, be it about culture, history, animals of the area. We had options a few times, and we had safe guided safari rides every day. Our guides were responsive to all requests. Our group was small and we all brought bedding well which enhanced the trip.

A dream come true. Two fantastic weeks of pure adventure. Beautiful sights, nice accomodations, exotic animals everywhere, tasty food, bumpy roads, friendly people, nice weather, dusty scenery, a couple of flat tires, majestic trees, good transportation, experienced drivers, etc. Every day is a new beginning.

An excellent trip, with the highlight being the mountain gorillas, but there was far more to this trip than I was expecting. The walking safari was also excellent, we were very close to giraffes. There are a lot of cultural experiences in this trip, which are excellent as you get to see how the local communities benefit from tourism and learn about their background. However, these all come with purchasing opportunities 'please buy from us and support this project' etc etc. So beware - do not do all your shopping at the first project! Hotels were better than expected in most cases, however the Kampala hotel could be improved on. It was very noisy with music noise most of the night.

It’s beautiful. Trafalgar took great care of us. We had all the best accommodations. The food was great where we went. The guides were very informative. I’d highly recommend this trip with Trafalgar. Nobody does it better

Our tour leader Mania was professional and knowledgeable. His enthusiasm and passion for his work was the main reason why the trip was so successful. The itinerary was thoughtful and the accommodation and meals provided were exceptional. The genuine welcome from those who worked at the hotels was stand out. A good first introduction to Kenya and the safari experience!

this was one of the best trips of my life, and that is 100% because of the amazing tour guides ( and ) that I had throughout this whole trip. Not only were they the best at finding the animals for us, they also were so good at anticipating group needs, keeping us safe, helping us to have fun, etc. They bent over backwards to make sure I had the best trip ever and it worked. I will miss them forever. Besides that, I have never been so well fed in my life than on this tour. The hotels we stayed at had the most comfortable beds. My favorite thing was not having to think for 1 second during the trip.
