This tour is full on, early mornings, a lot of travelling, not much exercise and lots of good food. We had a lovely group of fellow travellers and great tour guide. The country is beautiful, an ever changing landscape as you drive. The game drives were my highlight but others in the group said the sand dunes or the activity at Walvis Bay. Not relaxing but a brilliant holiday seeing a completely different county in landscape and culture.

A fantastic trip which far exceeded my expectations from the first to last day. We saw more than we could have ever hoped for thanks to our experienced guide. We saw lions, leopards cheetah, hippo, wild dogs, hyena, elephants, giraffes. The list is endless, there was so much to see and experience.. The guide and support staff were excellent. I have so many memories, all happy.

I have been on a lot of Explore trips. This was an excellent one for those keen to explore Africa and its wildlife. The guide was excellent and seemed to know exactly where to go to find the best sights of lions, cheetahs, leopards etc. it also included the chance to see and experience both the Okavango Delta and the Victoria Falls, both of which are awesome. Best to be aware however that most of the tour is seated in the back of the Safari truck. There is very little walking and this can lead to some frustration and a need to stretch one’s feet at times. Also the accommodation varies from an excellent lodge, to some very basic tent nights with bucket showers and dug out toilets!

This was a fascinating trip with a carefully planned itinerary and a very knowledgeable guide. The Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park provided marvellous wildlife viewing and we saw, amongst others, leopard, lions, elephants, painted dogs, zebra, crocs, hippos, many types of antelope and a big range of birds. The accommodation was excellent in variety, character and quality. We were always skillfully looked after by our guide Phenyo. His skill in finding and tracking wildlife was really impressive.

Joe was the best guide with so much knowledge of African wildlife and also tracking and finding the animals. This trip was great thanks to him. Great driver who took us through the bush and delta and sharing all his knowledge. He was very keen to show us everything and he even found 8 hunting wild dogs. He was great with kids and engaging with them at all times. Really great trip with kids but would say +11 is required as long travelling days are in place. Accommodation varied but overall this was a great adventure. Highly recommend this trip if Joe is on it.

We had a terrific time on this Safari, due in no small part to our fabulous group leader Titus. He has a terrific knowledge of his homeland which he is determined to pass on to future generations, and his passion for the animals and the natural beauty of his surroundings is clear for all to see. We travelled many miles between the various campsites & lodges & Titus was with us all the way which was comforting. We wouldn't have fully appreciated many of the clues in the countryside had he not been there, as many times he would spot tracks in the sand & stop the truck to explain to us which animal had left the tracks & where they were headed. A very engaging & patient guy to which we owe much gratitude for making this such a great holiday. .
