The guide Bella and driver Geng are excellent. In Hangzhou guide Jasmine (15988180103 ) was also excellent pushing me on wheelchair. However the driver Mr Chan was terrible, dropping us far away from the site ( Westlake and shopping mall where two minute dropoff time allowed. See photo ), that Jasmine had to push much longer distance 15 minutes in the rain so he can rest and smoked inside the van. Mr Chan should not be used again. He is bullying the guide and just terrible. Mario Chui
