We had the most amazing tour with our fantastic guide, Carlos. He was so very friendly, professional, funny and knowledgeable about everything. He had no problem answering any questions. He quickly learned what we were interested in, and what we weren't. When we (both) came down with illness at different times, his professionalism was excellent, and he helped us in every way. We saw so many corners of the areas on the itinerary. Carlos also adapted the itinerary because of days that attractions were closed. He even went further our of his way than I would have expected. We had a great day in Sintra with our driver Bruno- he was very professional. He timed the site visits perfectly so we were easily able to spend time at the Moorish Castle, Pena Palace, and Quinta da Regaleira in one day, with a break for a delicious lunch in Sintra and a stop to wander in town. He even treated us to our first taste of Ginjinha! Thank you, Bruno for an unforgettable day to a beautiful place!

Our trip quality was very good. We greatly appreciated the train transportation. All connections, drivers and tour guides could not have been better. The communication during our tour were swift and timely. Accommodation were very nice and clean.
