Getting out of my comfort zone opens my mind to more ideas and possibilities; and while traveling gives me a peek into how the rest of the world lives, it also makes me appreciate more what I have back home. I always wanted to work in a way that would allow me to experience the world from a different perspective. I love to travel and see far-off lands and organize trips or package tours. I love having the chance to care about people and to work in a specialized field of tourism where I can apply my skills and knowledge, help people learn about diverse wonderful sites, and make others more aware of cultural heritages.

Xin chao and welcome to Vietnam! I’m Jacqueline and I’m from the beautiful country of Vietnam. I grew up in Hanoi – a city of peace and also the capital of Vietnam. When I was a student, I often walked or cycled around my city to feel its blend of old and new. I had many opportunities to talk to tourists from around the world and hear their stories and love for Vietnam. From here, I found my passion for travel and I decided to pursue my lifelong career in tourism. I have also traveled throughout Vietnam as well as to other countries in Southeast Asia and Europe to satisfy my addiction to discover new lands. I’ve been in the travel industry for almost 10 years as an operator and a travel consultant. I’m proud of having valuable experience that contributes to unforgettable journeys for my clients. The core reason that encourages me to devote my life to tourism for years is that I believe what I do every day brings joy and happiness to people, and many of my customers from around the world have become my dear friends.

Having worked as an operator and travel consultant for two years, I've had the chance to match tourists seeking to enjoy travel to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand with unforgettable experiences. My enthusiasm for travel and the joy I get from assisting clients create special itineraries that fit their interests are why I love my career in tourism. I was born and raised in this beautiful country, which is rich in culture, history, and natural wonders. I have a deep passion for travel and photography when I was young. Exploring new places, capturing meaningful moments, and telling stories through images brings me joy. I want to share the beauty and charm of Vietnam not only with friends, but also with people around the world. That’s why I’m here. I currently work as a travel consultant, with the mission of helping international travelers discover the breathtaking landscapes and vibrant cultures of Vietnam and the Indochina region. Whether it's the misty mountains in the north, the glowing lanterns of Hội An, or the serene beaches of Phú Quốc, I aim to bring authentic and unforgettable experiences to every guest.

I grew up in Italy and ever since I was a young child, I’ve had a great curiosity for foreign cultures and languages. This interest led me to study business for the tourism industry and then graduate in foreign languages and cultures, specialising in English and Spanish. While studying, I travelled and lived in several European countries before settling in Ireland. These experiences helped me step easily into the travel industry, combining my passion for travels with a career. I love travelling. For me, it is a way to connect to the world and learn about cultures, religions, art, food, nature and how human beings relate to each other. This passion also fits nicely with some of my other hobbies, such as photography and cooking — there is nothing more rewarding for me to come home after a trip with great shots and a new recipe to cook!

Hello! I'm Thea. My love for wildlife photography and dramatic scenery drew me to Africa for the first time in 2013 and I have been back several times since. It was such a magical experience to be so close to so many creatures in their natural habitat. From watching hyena cubs playing with their siblings to interrupting a leopard hunting impala, my safari experience did not disappoint and I continue to return to Africa at every opportunity. Safari truly is a photographer's paradise and the people are incredibly friendly and kind. In addition, I am a frequent traveller to Asia. I adore the incredible food and rich culture that can be found all over the continent. My annual leave is never spent in the UK and I can often be found exploring new and exciting countries.

Travel started for me from a very young age with my first memorable holiday to the Caribbean, where I realised that I desired nothing more than collecting incredible memories from far-flung destinations. Since 1999 I have been lucky enough to travel in luxury globally to countries such as Iceland, China, Ecuador and the Galapagos, Belize, India, Norway and Africa. My most memorable experiences in Africa include trekking to see the gorillas in Uganda, a walking safari in Zambia, swimming to the edge of Victoria Falls and walking with elephants in Botswana. Now as a Mum of two very small children aged 2 and 1, I am enjoying working for Wayfairer Travel keeping up to speed with the best places to travel around the world, focusing on the incredible wildlife and scenery in Africa, and quickly using my experience to arrange bespoke holidays for all my clients whether with children or travelling as a couple, with friends or solo.

I was raised in Uganda, where I started heading out on safaris from a very young age! My family was very adventurous and I was lucky enough to travel all over Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, Lesotho and many more countries around the world while I was growing up. This is really where my love of travel came from. I studied Environmental Science at University which led me to work in conservation, giving me the opportunities to live in Kenya, Tanzania, Tenerife and Malaysia, and I got to know these areas better. I am passionate about responsible travel and showing visitors this incredible continent and the people and animals that call it home. I believe that responsible tourism is the way forward to preserve a lot of Africa's nature. If people fall in love with this country, then they will strive to protect it.

As a child, I would to look up at the stars at night and wonder if other kids were also looking at the same stars. When I got older, I started taking short adventures to the neighboring areas to meet those other kids who were by then teenagers like me. Now I am an adult and I still love to travel and meet people my age to ask if they ever looked at the stars and wondered the same. I prefer to travel in nature rather than in cities. Nature moves at a pace all its' own and that is something I truly love. Kayaking down one of the many rivers in Laos really helps me connect to the world around me. Trekking up and down the mountains lets me get lost in the trees that are sometimes older than I am! Now that is truly a way to put the time in perspective!
