Switzerland 6-Day Tours and Trips

The cities themselves is what we enjoyed the most. After this, the tour guide Gabby made the trip 100 enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, very good coordinating people and super friendly at all times. Trip met our expectations as far as itinerary and places we visited. Hotels in general were ok except for Florence and Venetia, these were a not very good experience in terms of cleanliness and service. Switzerland hotel and service was outstanding.

Gabby our tour guide is what we like the most. Shes an excellent tour guide, she knows her job very well and comes on time every day. We are impressed with the energy she have. Hope Europamundo treats her well. We enjoyed everything and will plan our next trip with Europamundo. Thank you

We were not satisfied with the hotel accommodation at paris ,there was an incident of snatching of bag of one of the travellers at the hotel , no security checks , not secure at the hotel novotel saint denis

We are overall very satisfied with the trip. Our tour operator SOTC had not informed us that in Zurich the accommodation would be service apartment instead of full service hotel. There were some issues in housekeeping and cleaning. However the breakfast room was good so we chose to overlook the shortcomings. In particular we appreciate the professionalism of tour leader Sophia who was at the same time approachable and sensitive to our needs.She was always there before time and kept us well informed about the days itinerary and destination and quickly sorted out all issues. Without doubt, she is helpful, knowledgeable and good at her work. Her delightful presence made the trip all the more enjoyable for my wife and me. In Paris, we found hotel Mercure La Defense to be a very good choice with responsive staff good breakfast. Also the coaches were comfortable throughout the trip. We look forward to more trips with your company and with Sofia in future.

Seeing Switzerland and its highs to the fullest is one of the reasons I travel to Europe, but sadly, there is a lot of wind and it is not possible to ride the cable car up the mountain of Alps. If the cable car ride is unavailable, we anticipate that the Europamundo will provide us with an alternative. They regrettably didnt, though. With sadness and disappointment, we have left Switzerland. When Europamundo manages the tour poorly, even in Paris, it is not a pleasant experience. According to my research, Paris is replete with historical sites that transport you back in time. Sure, they did partially during our tour, nevertheless, the most aggravating thing was that on the optional night tour, were we given an Indian tour guide in Paris with a strong indian accent who repeatedly told us about how Princess Diana died in an accident in the Paris city tunnel. They provided us with another chance to see the bright nighttime lights of Paris off course with another payment, but they kept the location the same. Additionally, tour guide optional tour should also not focus about different lights of the area but instead focus on the historical thing. Thanks.

I enjoyed traveling with Europounda so much and what makes the trip is enjoyable for me that Such company has variety in the program and more flexibility. I would appreciate the great efforts of the tour guides really they arr so helpful and nice to us .One point for improvement is the hotel location to be near City Center 1 kilometer.Others were great and my next trip will be with you .
