Great itinerary that allows for a better immersion into the culture by seeing major sites that Iceland is known for in a more natural and less tourist developed region. enjoyed having one hotel as a base and hiking around it. Guide had lots of stories and shared his knowledge during rest breaks on the hike making it more interesting. appreciated that the itinerary was adapted to suit the weather and group abilities, recognizing this would be very difficult to plan for. lots of fun.

I would really recommend this tour, and particularly our CEO, Mike, who made it such a memorable adventure. Great hiking in such heart breakingly beautiful scenery with plenty of interesting trips in-between. I was in a group of ten, which contained eight solo travellers, including me, who were from different parts of the world and different age groups. We had a great group and had a good laugh!
