day 1Join trip in Barcelona
Our trip begins in Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia, which is is full of energy and the perfectplace to start our journey. Founded by the Romans in 20 A.D, this enchanting city is a heady mix of iconic architecture, delicious gastronomy and cultural heritage.
The tour leader plans to meet you in the hotel reception at 6pm for the welcome meeting and, slightly later, our first group dinner to get to know your fellow travellers.
If you would like an airport transfer today, you'll need to arrive into Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN). If you are booking your own flights, we recommend giving yourself at least one hour to clear the airport. From the airport to the hotel is around a 30 minute drive, so therefore the latest your flight can arrive is 4.30pm.
There are no included excursions today and if you miss the welcome meeting, your tour leader will inform you of any essential information as soon as you catch up.

day 7Alhambra Palace guided visit and Generalife gardens
day 8Train to Cordoba, visit the Mezquita Mosque. Continue by bus to Seville via the white village of Carmona
