The booking porocess was easy, and customer service was responsive. I contacted 4 companies about the tour I was interested in. Two of the companies I contacted didn't answer me at all. One of them was basically a chatbot that said "do it yourself." Only bookmundi had human agents to help.

Upon arrival into Manila, you will be met and transferred to our hotel located in the capital city of the Philippines. The rest of the day is at your leisure for you to relax or explore at your pace. Later, you will have the opportunity to join your fellow travellers for a welcome dinner at 7 PM. Please note: This tour is designed for younger travellers looking for a backpacker-style experience and to meet like-minded people. The average age on this tour is around 21 - 35, and we are unfortunately unable to take any travellers over the age of 49.
