Itinerary

Starting and finishing in Cusco, this 6–day adventure blends culture, scenery and iconic ruins. You’ll explore the city’s artistic San Blas quarter, the Cathedral and the golden Koricancha, then head to Sacsayhuaman and neighbouring shrines for sweeping Andean views. In the Sacred Valley you’ll visit Pisac’s hilltop ruins and lively market, the Inkariy and Living Culture museums, meeting llamas and seeing traditional weaving, plus Moray’s amphitheatre and white salt pans of Maras. Continue through Ollantaytambo before a scenic train to Machu Picchu town and a guided tour of the legendary citadel. Expect comfortable pacing, authentic flavours and memorable photo stops.

On arrival in Cusco, we meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. This afternoon, we set out on a guided city tour beginning in the artistic San Blas district, where Inca and Spanish influences sit side by side. We continue to Plazoleta Nazarenas, surrounded by colonial buildings including the former San Antonio Abad University and its neighbouring church, before heading to the Plaza de Armas to visit the Cathedral, noted for its important colonial artworks. The tour concludes at Koricancha, the Golden Temple – a landmark that reflects Cusco’s Inca foundations and Spanish colonial history.
